Grief has hard edges. Places that cut deep, stealing your breath, motivation, and focus. In the early days of loss, they hit constantly as you learn to negotiate the changes, the missing pieces, all of it.
But there are also beautiful moments when compassion shines through and you are gifted with warriors willing to stand beside you. For those needing the reminder of humanity’s best, I offer you a reading from my latest book to illustrate how at heart, we all have the power to be supporters and to feel loved.

What an important message of how to support others in grief. Thanks for sharing your examples. You are truly a beautiful soul, a blessing this world- gently sharing a powerful message that teaches doable ways to be a friend and neighbour in times of need. Having experienced grief I can relate to not being able to pick up the phone to ask for help but yet feeling supported by a neighbourly hello. Thank you!

Thank you Robin. I am sorry to hear you are part of the grief club, but glad that you had people to support you along the way. Those helpers are lifesavers, without even always knowing the impact they have. I appreciate you sharing a piece of your story too.
